Can I just say I love formal time! I LOVE the anticipation of seeing what each graduate will wear. Marlie definitely didn’t disappoint—she was dressed in my favourite colour and looked absolutely stunning!
On a very hot 40-degree day, I travelled to Moura, a small town in Central Queensland, where the Year 12 class had only 22 graduates. I arrived early to search for locations, knowing that formal photos are often taken during challenging lighting conditions, I always seek out spots that allow me to make the most of the available light. I discovered the Moura Museum, and found that the veranda there would be the perfect spot. The soft light and the interesting design elements of the walls would add a unique touch to the photos, plus the shade would provide much-needed relief from the heat!
I am thrilled with how these images came out. Marlie was open to whatever I suggested, and together, I think we managed to add a touch of glamour to this little outback town!
